It’s important for all rookies to remember that you never need to start at the top in any field, even if it means you don’t know everything straight away. 1. You Don’t Have All The Right Equipment or Clothing

This is extremely common for most beginners. You know you want to get fit, but you have no clue what is best to use. 2. You Don’t Have A Plan

If you don’t have an overall goal and schedule set up, getting fit can be quite challenging.
